      PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Project Manager that will be responsible for driving the organization towards successful project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be willing to get hands on within the early stages of the project.
  • Manage the customer engagement lifecycle in the context of the project working closely relevant commercial and account personal.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project delivery to clients, acting as primary interface to help maintain and build client confidence.
  • Leads the design and delivery aspects of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with company process and procedures.
  • Ensure program schedule for timely completion of projects.
  • Managing of project engineers & installer team.
  • Attending site meetings.
  • Conducting of training for clients.
  • Preparation of handling over projects, as-built drawings & OMM.
  • System testing & commissioning.
  • To provide technical assistance and support to the service team.
  • Represent the company in the external meeting with clients / subcontractors.
  • Avoid liquidated damages and/or back charges.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good business understanding and technical infrastructure understanding.
  • Knowledge in budget management, building and construction processes & safety management.
  • Prepare site work program and schedule.
  • Ability to work independently on most aspects of projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in varied stages. 
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues.
  • Responsible for scrutiny of contract documents and drawings.
  • Responsible for submission of monthly progress reports.
  • Responsible for monthly progress claims, including the calculation of BQ. 
  • Liaise with consultants/ main contractors, and follow up on work and progress. 
  • Strong understanding and effective implementation of project contractual matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words) and AutoCAD.

      SERVICE ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Service Engineer will be responsible for carrying out Troubleshooting, Maintaining, Installing and commissioning of Security systems (Eg. CCTV, ACS, IDS, P.A, Auto Gate & etc.) For a Security Solutions Company. 
Reporting: Asst. Service Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Shall perform Troubleshooting, Maintaining and Installing of Security systems.
  • Analysis of equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend or take corrective action
  • Provide customer great service with continuous technical & operation support.
  • Standby duties required on rotating basis.
  • Ensure system-commissioning schedule for timely completion of projects.
  • To provide technical assistance and support to the service team
  • Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
  • Factory Acceptance Test, System testing & commissioning (Onsite/ Offsite)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics Engineering. All other equivalence cert will also be considered.
  • With 3 – 5 years relevant experience in similar field. 
  • A good team player, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, coupled with ability to take initiative.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words) and  Basic Networking experience.
